MALTA

BUSINESS VISA FOR MALTA

If you intend to visit Malta on a tourist visa, you must be aware of the visa requirements. Residents of the EU/EEA countries do not need a visa to visit Malta. If their stay exceeds 90 days, they must register with the local authorities.

If you are not an EU/EEA resident, you will need a 90-day short-term visa to visit Malta. The Schengen visa is another name for this type of short-term visa. As you may know, the Schengen visa is valid in all European nations that have signed the Schengen accord. Malta is a member of the Schengen agreement.

A Schengen visa allows you to travel to and stay in Malta as well as the other 26 Schengen countries.
